Rice noodles in snail soup, having sour, peppery, refreshing, hot and fresh flavor, ranks the first in Liuzhou flavor snacks,it adopts special soft & smooth refreshing rice noodles as materrials and is prepared with sour bamboo shoots, agarics, peanuts, deep fry dried bean rolls, day lily, fresh tender vegetable etc.and rich proper pepper taste and snail boiled soup. VERY FAMOUS IN ALL RESTAURANTS NOW - The dish is served in both small "hole in the wall" type restaurants and in luxury hotel restaurants in Liuzhou city (the latter may include snails in the dish). In recent years, many luosifen restaurants have been established in Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong etc. as well as overseas. A FAMOUS CHINESE FOOD - 'Luo Si Fen' (螺蛳粉) is widely available around Liuzhou and is a snail soup with noodles. Beware though, you'll probably need a beer or something to drink (unless you're okay with spicy food) as the soup is very spicy! Aside from the snail soup and noodles, they also usually come with peanuts, bamboo shoots and some vegetables.
